Un-Twittered Tweets

As much as I feel the Twitter pull, I am still not convinced I have the time to have another full blown internet addiction. What, with the online shopping, blogging, celebrity stalking, I just feel that now is not the time to add more. But, of course, I have tweets just pulling at me, needing to be posted.

My Un-Twittered Tweets (Volume 3?)

Jon Gosselin holding hands with his new girlfriend? Isn't it a little early for this debacle? You have 8 kids dealing with your divorce. Jackass.

Need to get a life! Playing with Excel spreadsheets at 9pm on Friday night. Ouch.

Work meetings starting at 6:30 AM should be banned. Dang east coast offices!

Been waiting to write a post to celebrate my ability to go on family walk again. Can't remember the camera early morning though.

Lifetime movies are the best hangover remedy I know of.

I have passed insomnia to my husband. Who knew the ARMS were contagious.

Happy Birthday to Jerry. You are my love! I can't wait to celebrate with cupcakes and Joel McHale. Thank you for everything you do.

95 degrees with humidity requires central air conditioning. I do not have central air conditioning. Must go to pool NOW!

Nordstrom sale? Save money? Nordstrom sale? Save Money? Nordstrom sale!

So there you have it. My week in short sentences. I actually think before getting a Twitter account, getting a more exciting life is in order. Working, eating, and sleeping, with the occasional glass of wine thrown in is not much excitement.

It may be a boring life....but its our life!

I love your life I don't think it's boring at all. Sorry about the late night spreadsheets and early meetings though... that's not so fun. But yea for shopping! and sales!

love the family picture!!!

hey, i tweet, and it hasn't become an addiction.

plus, they have that "betwittered" gadget on blogger. you can add your tweeter to your blog page. you can update right from your blog page...read the comments of your friends...and reply right to them. i never even go on twitter.com!!!

but, then you would'nt have cool posts like "untwittered tweets!!!!"

I agree, I saw Jon and his new woman on yacht whooping it up on ET...kinda sad. Even though Kate was a raging beast, I think he has his issues, and is having a early midlife crisis.

I don't Tweet but your Tweets sound more meaningful than the mundane things I've read from my friends.

I always forget about Twitter until I'm doing a giveaway and then I'm like "oh, that'll be a great way to spread the word". I'm sure my profile looks pretty lame...the only time I post is when I have something to give away.

I read that article about Jon and that girl in People magazine with such disgust. Wasn't he once talking about being worried that his kids would grow up and google him and he wanted to make sure there was nothing they'd find embarrassing??? And here he is galavanting all over France with this 22-yr old chick (who smokes pot and takes naked pics of herself). I just really bad for his kids.

BTW, sorry I hadn't gotten back to you about the sleep stuff...I was on Restoril but my dr discontinued it. Apparently it's addicting...LOL. Anyway, now I just take a generic sleep aid that I buy at Target. I'm pretty sure it has the same stuff that Benadryl has in it. I just take one pill about an hour before I go to bed and I'm nice and sleepy and I stay asleep for at least 5-6 hours.

Have you tried Melatonin? I also used that for awhile and it helped as well. I've heard good things about Valerian root too.

I am letting the twitter bug pass me by too. And I am so with you on Jon.

Oh my, this was hysterical. Especially the part about Jon & his girlfriend. You said it so well, exactly the same reaction I had when I saw that pic!

I love reading your un-twittered tweets! Thanks for a good laugh today. Your life doesn't look too boring to me, you sure seem to know how to have fun! Isn't that what's it's all about? Stop by sometime, and check out my "small town", posts for amusement if you'd like, especially the ones about "local news". :)
